Since its founding in 1995, CNIS has delivered essential surgical and trauma training in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, and Guyana, while also working in Malawi, Mali, Egypt, Mozambique, and Rwanda. Programs have included surgical, obstetric, neurotrauma, and trauma training, alongside innovative digital rollouts. With expanding digital platforms, CNIS now plans to make courses globally available to individuals and institutions, ensuring its 30 year legacy of advancing surgical education remains sustainable and widely accessible
